We have extensive in-house manufacturing facilities including both machining and fabrication. We have the ability to manufacture complex bespoke items, as well as manufacture many batch products.
We have extensive inspection facilities. All products are inspected either at the end or throughout the manufacturing process to ensure conformity to specification / drawing.
Fabricated products and welds are inspected in a number of ways, including Visual, MPI, DPI, Radiography and Ultrasonic inspection.
We have a large open plan, assembly area where skilled fitters and engineers assemble products after they have been manufactured.
We will perform the necessary performance tests before the equipment is despatched. We can build a purpose built test rig, to simulate the product in its intended operating environment. The client is invited to witness these tests. Typically, testing involves, Mechanical cycle and/or load testing, Electrical performance / verification testing and Pneumatic and/or Hydraulic testing.
